CountMeIn is a community activity platform. The legal operator and data-controller details are to be confirmed before publication.
Data collected
The service uses your name, email, mobile number, password hash, verification records, chosen activities, countries and cities, registrations and optional assessment answers. Session names and roster names can be visible to people with access to those sessions.
How data is used
Information supports account access, activity matching, session administration, verification and service messages. Administrator access is restricted. Hosting, database, email and analytics providers may process service data. Provider identities, retention periods, international transfers and legal bases require final review.
Cookies and device storage
The app uses cookies and device storage for login, group access and convenience preferences, including your selected country and city. On a first visit, your browser contacts country.is to suggest a country from your IP address; that provider receives your IP. You can override the suggestion. The app does not store the IP returned by this lookup or request precise device location. Existing analytics may collect usage information. Consent arrangements require review before launch.
Photos and consent
Photo upload is not enabled in this phase. Future photos require clear consent and removal options. Never share another person’s identifiable photo without permission.

You can edit your life list and areas from your profile. Contact us to request access, correction or removal of personal data. We may need to confirm your identity; some records may require retention where legally necessary.
